Coronavirus Update Lockdown 3:
Our physical shop is currently shut due to lockdown. We are still delivering nationwide via courier on a 24 hour (working day) service.
We are working hard to continue our brilliant customer service and aim to dispatch online orders the arrive before 12pm on the same day whenever possible
Delivery is via DHL and they are currently taking 1 working day to deliver in most areas. No signature is required as they can geo-tag the location for safety and contactless delivery.
We have currently suspended "click & collect" due to the pandemic.
We are offering a local delivery service, free delivery is available for order over £30 for SP9, SP10, SP11 & SO20 postcodes or £2 of orders under. Please select local delivery at checkout. If you aren't going to be in please leave a note of where your safeplace to leave it is. These doorstep deliveries will be undertaken by Stu or Steph.

Delivery times & costs
We aim to despatch items the same day, however for standard delivery please allow 4 working days for your items to arrive to avoid any disappointment. We work with Parcelforce & DHL so at busy times (read Christmas!) please bear with us. All items are tracked for security and if you provide a mobile telephone number you will receive text updates on your delivery.

In the event of a product being out of stock you will be notified and either be given an estimated due date of when the product is due back into stock or be issued with a refund.

We do aim to re-use and recycle packaging as much as possible in order to be friendly to the environment and also to keep the costs down of our products and services. Please don't be surprised if some of the packing is re-purposed.
While we’re sure you’ll love what you’ve ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. To make a return for a refund or exchange, you’ll need to follow the instructions set out below.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The easiest way to do this is to return the goods to us in accordance with the below instructions. If you are unable to return the goods to us before the 14 day period has expired you need to notify us of your intention to cancel, always within the 14 day period. You must return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of the date on which you informed us that you wished to cancel (or, if you have not told us that you wish to cancel, within 14 days of receipt of the goods).
We will then refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

As long as any goods you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning goods.
