How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to pack and send your items the same day whenever possible (Monday to Friday) our couriers collect early afternoon so as a general rule if you order before 10am it will be sent the same day and it should arrive 1-2 days after. We use Royal Mail, DHL and Parcelforce and both couriers provide customers with notification and tracking so you can see where it is and rearrange delivery if needed. If you order on between Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday it will be sent on Monday. You will receive an email from us on dispatch.
I need something urgently – can it get here tomorrow?
It depends when you order it but in theory yes, we can upgrade your postage if needed. You can select next day service at checkout for £6.95 if you order before 3pm. This is Monday-Thursday only. If you apply this on a Friday it will arrive on Monday. If you have an urgent requirement please call us to discuss 01264366200
Can I order a Birthday gift for someone and send it directly to them?
Yes, you just need to pop their details into the shipping address. If you would like us to write a handwritten note just let us know in the notes section. The parcel will contain a packing slip but this does not show prices.
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
We're on a mission to be as environmentally friendly as possible. You can find out more on our Environmental Packaging Policy. You can also opt to make your order carbon neutral at the checkout.
Can I buy gift vouchers?
Yes, you can buy a gift card here which can be used online or in store. They are valid for 12 months.
How much is postage?
Standard UK mainland postage is £3.95 per parcel. This fee is fixed regardless of how many items you buy, so the more you purchase the better value it becomes. We pay for the delivery for orders over £100 as a thank you (excluding furniture).
Where is your shop?
We are based at Basepoint Business Centre, Caxton Close, Andover SP10 3FG. Just off the Portway Industrial Estate near Stannah. Parking is free and just outside the door. Pop over to our "find us" page for directions.
Can I return an item if I don’t like it?
Yes in it's original condition and packaging within 14 days, please see our returns policy for full details and instructions.
An item I want is out of stock, can I be notified when it’s back in?
If you go to the individual product page and click on the "notify me when back in stock" button then you will then get a priority email when it is available again.
I want to speak to a human, how can I get in touch?
Call us on 01264366200 if we are closed or serving a customer we might not be able to answer the telephone but please leave us a message and we will call you ASAP
How do I book onto a workshop with you?
You can see dates and times and book on our website, or in store. If you have any questions please call us or pop in.
I have some furniture that I would like painted, is this something that you can do for me?
Yes, we paint to commission drop us an email with a photograph of the piece that you want painting and a brief description of what you'd like it to look like and a contact number and we will be in touch to discuss options and lead times.
I would like a quote for an interior design project, where do I start?
